Welcome to Rock Water Campground! Before you book your stay, please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions. By using our website and services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation at Rock Water Campground, you agree to comply with all rules, policies, and terms outlined in this document. These terms apply to all guests and visitors.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once payment is processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Pricing: All rates are subject to change. The rate at the time of booking is final and will not change even if future rates vary.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your booking within 30 minutes of making your reservation for a full refund. After this 30-minute window, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Any additional fees, such as cleaning fees or service charges, are non-refundable once the 30-minute cancellation period has passed.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases, such as severe weather or emergencies, refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion. Please contact us if such circumstances arise.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: Guests may check in starting at 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-Out Time: Guests must check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Property Care: Guests are expected to treat the property with respect. Any damage caused by guests or their visitors will result in additional charges.
  • Noise and Conduct: Rock Water Campground is a peaceful environment. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Guests who disturb other campers may be asked to leave without a refund.
  • Occupancy Limits: Each accommodation has a maximum occupancy limit. Please ensure you do not exceed these limits to avoid additional fees or cancellation.

6. Liability

  • Personal Belongings: Rock Water Campground is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please secure your belongings during your stay.
  • Injury or Accidents: Guests use all campground facilities at their own risk. Rock Water Campground is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the property.

7. Pets

  • Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at certain accommodations. Please review our pet policy when booking to ensure your stay complies with our rules. Additional fees may apply.
  • Pet Care: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other campers. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.

8. Changes to These Terms

Rock Water Campground reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from your stay at Rock Water Campground will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ohio courts.
