    • After 30 minutes, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend carefully reviewing your booking details before confirming your reservation.
  2. Non-Refundable Reservations
    • Once the 30-minute cancellation window has passed, all reservations are final, and no refunds will be issued.
    • This policy applies to all types of bookings, including cabins and campsites.
  3. Special Circumstances
    • In case of unexpected emergencies, guests may contact our support team at (740) 289-4649 or email us at support@rockwatercampground.com. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will work with you to explore rescheduling options.

Return Policy for Merchandise

If you purchase any merchandise (campground souvenirs, firewood, etc.) from Rock Water Campground, the following policies apply:

  1. Merchandise Returns
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
    • Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Perishable items (e.g., food, drinks) and used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Changes to Bookings

  1. Rescheduling
