One of our standout features is the Vacation Rentals, perfect for a relaxing stay. This charming cabin is available for short-term rentals and extended stays, ranging from one to nine months. The cabin includes a downstairs bedroom for Mama and Papa, a loft that sleeps three, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom. With super comfy couches, a gas fireplace for winter, and plenty of natural light, it's an ideal spot to unwind. The cabin also boasts a beautiful grill area right on the beach and is located near a small lake, perfect for fishing, boating, and enjoying the water.

Campground Amenities

RV campers in mind

Our campground is designed with RV campers in mind. Each site is equipped with water, electric, and sewer connections, with electrical pedestals supporting 20/30/50 amp service. The sites are 55 feet deep to accommodate larger RVs, and we offer 3,000 square feet per lot, significantly more than the required 1,000 square feet. This extra space allows for the construction of decks, roofs, and patios without feeling crowded. We can even customize and build your patio or deck to your specific size requirements. Enjoy our 11-acre lake, perfect for swimming and fishing, with a multi-level pier for easy access.

We love this campground! It’s a great campground to be permanent, it is nice to be able to make your site feel like home. We plan on being here for a while! We had an amazing time at Rock water over the winter. It's not a usual campground with short term campers. It's a hybrid campground where most pay by the year and come and go as they please. There usually aren't many vacancies but it's worth calling to ask about. The rates are incredibly cheap... Adam could charge double if he wanted and the fact that he doesn't speaks to how kind and fair he is.
