Each site has water, electric and sewer. The electrical pedistals are capable of 20/30/50 amp service. All sites are 55 ft. deep to help accomodate the larger RV’s. Although the department of health just requires 1000 sq.ft for each camp site, we have 3000 sq.ft per lot. This extra room allows decks, roofs and patios to be constructed without being crowded. We will customize and build your patio or decks to your specific size as shown in these pictures.
